CVS/pharmacy

Largest pharmacy chain in the United States with 5,400 stores, serving 65 million customers nationwide. AHC has extended a multi-year contract with CVS to provide CVS customers with a co-branded version of Alliance's own discount health card. This co-branded CVS/AHC Program, "Health Savings Pass," will entitle a targeted CVS population group of seniors (50+ years old) to discount savings on a broad range of essential healthcare services including prescription drugs, dental, vision, hearing, rehabilitation, alternative forms of medicine and others. Alliance will offer services through the CVS Health Savings Pass Program that are typically not covered by Medicare or commercial health insurance.

State Farm

Founded in 1922, State Farm is one of the largest insurances companies, with 71.6 million policies in force. AHC has a multi-year contract with State Farm to provide State Farm Policyholders with a co-branded version of Alliance's own discount health card. The co-branded program, Good Neighbor Advantage Card™, provides these members instant savings on a broad range of essential healthcare services. These services include prescription drugs, dental, vision, hearing, vision, chiropractic care, alternative medicine and a 24-hour nurse line. The Good Neighbor Advantage Card™ offers these services, which are not typically covered by commercial health insurance.

Melaleuca

Founded in 1985, Melaleuca is an international manufacturer and marketer of unique health, home, and personal care products. Since their founding, they also have developed almost 300 other products all using natural alternatives to grocery and drugstore brands, designed to help consumers live healthier lives. Their private label HealthCare Savings Program offers members three levels of membership for their various healthcare needs. Melaleuca members have access to networks of doctors, specialists and facilities. As well as, discounts on prescription drugs, vision, hearing, dental, chiropractic, behavioral counseling, elder care and health clubs. These dynamic discount healthcare services are ideal for Melaleuca's independent business owners, which may not have access to commercial health insurance.

Medicine Shoppe

Medicine Shoppe International, Inc., has nearly 1,000 locations in the U.S. and more than 250 pharmacies in seven other countries. Medicine Shoppe International fills approximately 47 million prescriptions per year, making it the largest franchisor of independent community pharmacies in the U.S. and one of the top three franchises in the health care industry. Their privately labeled Healthy Savings Club offers consumers a range of discount healthcare services. Basic services, Silver Card, that entitles members to discount prescription drugs at any Medicine Shoppe location. Along with the multi-services, Platinum Card, which provides members network access to doctors, specialists, facilities, dental, vision, hearing, chiropractic care and alternative medicine. The Healthy Savings Club is desirable for those consumers that may not have commercial insurance or cannot afford a monthly premium.
